It had been a 4 month roller coaster ride for me since my Kidney Stone journey began. Probably works well for some but I ended up in the ER in extreme level 20 pain. Keep in mind if this chemical reaction is “crushing” calcium stones what it might be doing to bones made from minerals. These are also electrolytes that affect muscles and nervous system. It may be fine if there are no underlying health problems but more research definitely needs to be done.

The pain is not as bad. I am not going to the bathroom at night as much as I was. Very constipated, having to take laxatives every day just for relief once a week. Dry, hard stools. Praying that this second bottle will move the stones through. Taking 6 a day, wonder if I could take more?
