Loss or Damage During Shipment
Allow up to 3 extra business days for packages that show delivered. Please email us at support@stone-relief.com if the product is damaged or package is lost in transit.
International Orders
We do not ship internationally at this time. However, we will be looking at expanding into Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia in 2023. In the meantime, you may use a service like Stackry (www.stackry.com) to receive orders internationally.
