How does your Care Locator tool work?

Great question! A doctor or urologist enters the search results when a Premium Member submits a review, a star rating of their experience, and the doctor's contact information. Once submitted, the doctor becomes searchable based on their office location and zip code. We do not allow any outside influence on this search tool. We only want authentic and genuine reviews.

Do you provide information on what insurance these doctors accept?

No, this is not possible to manage from our end. However, suppose you find a doctor with good reviews in your area. In that case, we suggest you contact their office to determine what insurance they accept.

Can you guarantee that all reviews and ratings are authentic?

Yes. Since the Care Locator tool is only available to Premium Members, this eliminates outside influence and abuse. However, we acknowledge that it would be possible for bad actors to purchase Premium Memberships and seed false information. The return on this activity would be meager, though, and thus a healthy deterrent for this occurring.

What if I can't find a doctor in my area?

Not finding a doctor is possible. Since our search tool relies on Member- submitted data, there may not be enough people where you live to submit reviews. However, this will grow stronger as more people join the Community and more reviews are submitted.
